Time Blindness Tracker

You said twenty minutes. It took ninety. Again.
Time blindness is not carelessness, and it is not a scheduling problem you have failed to solve. Duration simply does not register the way it seems to for other people — an hour has no particular length, "later" has no edge to it, and a task you have done a hundred times still gets estimated wrong. This 9-page printable tracker does one thing: it puts your guess next to what actually happened, over and over, until the gap has a shape you can work with.

Who this is for
This tracker is for anyone living with adult ADHD who wants a record of what actually happened, rather than trying to recall it later. You said twenty minutes. It took ninety. Again. If that is familiar, this is the tool for writing it down as it happens.

Inside the planner

How it works in practice
The estimate goes in before you start, because an estimate made afterwards carries none of the information. It asks you to log the tasks you get right as well as the ones you do not, since two weeks of only disasters tells you nothing about what you can already trust yourself on. Most people find they are not uniformly bad at time at all — they are reliable on some kinds of task and wildly out on others, and that split is more useful than any average.
